EXCLUSIVE KITCHEN LINE / "D`STEEL" "... Architect Svetozar Andreev: I am often asked to design kitchen zones that are integrated with living rooms. In this kind of context, standard pieces look very unattractive, and so I thought up an unconventional saloon-style solution — a multipurpose kitchen organically connected with the image and styleof a living space. This line is a one-off, made at the Leicht factory in Germany. In essence, it is an island crowned with
a polished-steel table-top 4,5m in length, combining the functions of kitchen (with its built-in hob and sink), dining table and bar. Moreover, the table-top is set at a non-standard height — higher than a dining table, lower than a bar – which means that not only does it easily seat a large group, but it is also ideal for preparing food in a sitting, rather than standing position – something that my female clients immediately welcomed. All the kitchen appliances are concealed behind panels of Macassar ebony, which gives a perfect finish – the island is finished off with the same material. The overhead extractor repeats the form and dimensions of the island, and also incorporates a lighting unit, so fulfilling a role additional to its basic purpose…”

ЭКСКЛЮЗИВНАЯ СЕРИЯ КУХОНЬ / "D`STEEL" «...Архитектор Светозар Андреев: Мне часто приходится проектировать ку-хонные зоны, объединенныес гостиной. Стандартные модели в этом контексте выглядят крайне непрезентабельно. Здесь я придумал необычный «салонный вариант» — много-функциональную кухню, органично связанную с образом и стилем гостиной. Модель выполнена на немецкой фабрике Leicht в единственном экземпляре. По сути, это остров, который пере-ходит в столешницу из полированной стали, длиной 4,5 метра. Он совмещает функции кухни (плита и мойка), обеденного стола и бара. Кроме того, столешница имеет необычную высоту— она выше обеденного, но ниже барного стола. Благодаря чему за ней отлично располагается большая компания и очень удобно готовить, причем не стоя, а сидя, что сразу оценили женщины. Вся техника спрятана за панелями из макассара, которые выглядят как эффектная отделка. Ими же отдела-на лицевая часть острова. Вытяжка повторяет форму и размеры острова. В ней имеется встроенная подсветка, поэтому кроме своей основной функции она играет роль светильника...»
