INTERIORS BY THE SVETOZAR ANDREEV STUDIO Our interior design method is defined by a holistic architectural approach. In all our projects we strive to create a harmonious and free space, and we can do this only because of our extensive experience in renovating historical buildings. Thanks to this experience we are able to create a free layout, even in places which at first glance appear totally unsuited to the realization of any design concept. The majority of our projects are created in highly unprepossessing apartment or attic spaces criss-crossed with dividing and supporting walls. We strive by all means at our disposal to reveal the latent potential of any space, and as we know that a designer’s work does not begin and end with the simple throwing-together of ready-made pieces from different manufacturers, we undertake the bespoke design of many furnishing and decorative elements for a specific project ourselves. In all projects we endeavour to ensure that every element of the interior reflects the fundamental design concept, and represents an organic and functional part of the overall composition.
ИНТЕРЬЕРЫ ОТ СТУДИИ СВЕТОЗАРА АНДРЕЕВА Наш метод проектирования интерьеров отличает архитектурный подход. Во всех проектах мы стремимся создать гармоничное и свободное пространство. В этом нам помогает многолетний опыт, накопленный в процессе работы над реконструкцией зданий. Благодаря ему, нам удается создавать свободную планировку даже в помещениях, на первый взгляд, совершенно неприспособленных для реализации этой концепции Большинство наших интерьеров, созданы на месте изрезанных перегородками и несущими стенами, невзрачных квартир и чердачных помещений. Мы стремимся любыми средствами раскрыть возможности, заложенные в помещении и будучи убеждены, что работа дизайнера интерьера не исчерпывается примитивной компиляцией готовых предметов, сделанных разными производителями, проектируем сами многие предметы мебели и элементы отделки, специально для конкретного проекта. Во всех проектах мы стремимся к тому, чтобы каждый элемент интерьера отражал основную идею, и был органичной и функциональной частью общей композиции

ROOFTOP VILLA SAARI MOIS BY SVETOZAR ANDREEV "This project arose from an assignment to reconstruct two little separate apartments on the top floor of a residential building. I suggested the idea of combining the apartments into a single whole, and to build a second floor with living space and terraces on the roof of the building. The proposed concept transformed two small separate apartments into a luxurious two-storey Mediterranean-style villa, with living space increased by 50%. The first floor would feature a spacious open zone with a living room, a kitchen-diner, office and dressing room, along with one nursery, a large bedroom and two bathrooms. The residential and general zone are united by a wide gallery with a cantilever staircase to the upper floor, which is intended solely for recreation, with a second kitchen, large chillout area with fireplace, a home spa-centre with a mini-pool and two large terraces. For the second floor we also specified automatic retractable panoramic glazing to allow the terrace and living space to be brought together in warm weather..."- Svetozar Andreev
ВИЛЛА НА КРЫШЕ SAARI MOIS ОТ СВЕТОЗАРА АНДРЕЕВА «Этот проект родился из задачи реконструировать две небольшие отдельные квартиры на последнем этаже жилого дома. Я объединил две квартиры в единое целое и надстроил второй жилой уровень с террасами непосредственно на крыше здания. Это решение превратило две маленькие отдельные квартиры в роскошную двухуровневую виллу в средиземноморском стиле, увеличив жилую площадь на 50 %. На первом уровне - просторная открытая зона с гостиной, кухней-столовой, кабинетом и гардеробной, детская комната, большая спальня и две ванные. Жилая и общая зоны объединены широкой галереей с консольной лестницей на верхний этаж. Верхний этаж предназначен исключительно для отдыха: вторая кухня, большая chill-out зона с камином, домашний спа-центр с мини-бассейном и две крупные террасы. Для второго уровня предусмотрено автоматическое сдвижное панорамное остекление, позволяющее в тёплую погоду полностью объединить террасы и жилое пространство…» - Светозар Андреев

MINOTTI: `ROOFTOP VILLA I` BY SVETOZAR ANDREEV Transformation of an extremely harsh interior space in a historic 18th century building into a modern, three-level, light-filled attic offering every imaginable comfort. This was the challenge successfully met by architect and designer Svetozar Andreev, mastermind behind the renovation project for this apartment in the historic city center of St. Petersburg. Furnishings for the living room, filled with light from the large windows in the sloped roof ceiling, include a composition of elements from the Hockney sofa system, whose fluid lines emphasize the modern, dynamic character of the architectural design.
MINOTTI: `ВИЛЛА НА КРЫШЕ I` ОТ СВЕТОЗАРА АНДРЕЕВА Преобразование заброшенного чердачного пространства в историческом здании XVIII века в современный, трёхэтажный, наполненный светом мансардный апартамент со всеми мыслимыми удобствами. Именно такую задачу успешно решил архитектор и дизайнер Светозар Андреев - автор проекта реконструкции этой квартиры в историческом центре Санкт-Петербурга. Меблировка гостиной, залитой светом из больших окон в скатной крыше, включает композицию элементов из системы диванов Hockney, чьи плавные линии подчёркивают современный и динамичный характер архитектурного решения.

ZEN GARDEN RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX, ST.PETERSBURG The concept of an oasis or hidden garden inspired the layout of the ZEN GARDEN building, centered around a lush green atrium with hanging balcony gardens. This core connects lounge areas, rooftop terraces with panoramic views of St. Petersburg, ultra-modern residences and penthouses, a boutique hotel, fine dining restaurants, a 1500 m² fitness and spa center with a 25-meter pool, and parking. The façade of the complex, designed on the principle of lamella shutters scaled to the size of a colonnade, combines openness and privacy. This solution allowed ZEN GARDEN to blend organically into the square by the Yubileyny Complex, echoing its white rotunda and completing the architectural ensemble.
ЖИЛОЙ КОМПЛЕКС ZEN GARDEN, САНКТ-ПЕТЕРБУРГ Идея оазиса или скрытого сада легла в основу планировки здания ZEN GARDEN, центром которого стал зелёный атриум с подвесными балкон-садиками. Он объединяет лаунж-зоны, террасы с видом на центр Петербурга, современные резиденции и пентхаусы, бутик-отель, рестораны высокой кухни, фитнес- и SPA-центр 1500 м² с бассейном 25 м и паркинг. Фасад комплекса разработан по принципу ламелей жалюзи, масштабированных до колоннады, сочетает открытость и приватность. Такое решение позволило ZEN GARDEN органично вписаться в площадь у комплекса «Юбилейный», перекликаясь с его белой ротондой и завершая архитектурный ансамбль.

The architecture of AKOYA is a composition of inhabited sculptural forms, characterized by flawless fluid lines and sophisticated lighting design. TRI-LEVEL PENTHOUSE "ROOFTOP VILLA" "... It is difficult to call this penthouse, designed by the architect Svetozar Andreev, an apartment in the usual sense of the word. It is rather a self-contained three-level building with terrace, built from scratch in the abandoned garret space of an 18th century building in St Petersburg’s historical centre. The total area of the penthouse comes to 390 sq.m., and the for the most part the interior is furnished in accordance with Svetozar Andreev’s original sketched, as well as furniture from well-known brands: the kitchen, bathroom, storage solutions, coffee tables and beds were all custom-made for this interior. The 120 sq.m. terrace provides the owner with the perfect space to throw a barbecue, or simply to admire the city’s historical centre without ever having to leave their home.."
ТРЕХУРОВНЕВЫЙ ПЕНТХАУС "ROOFTOP VILLA" «...этот пентхаус, спроектированный архитектором Светозаром Андреевым, сложно назвать квартирой, в общепринятом смысле слова, это независимое трехуровневое здание с террасой, построенное с нуля на месте заброшенного чердачного пространства дома, находящегося в историческом центре Санкт-Петербурга. Площадь пентхауса 390 кв. метров. В обстановке, помимо мебели известных брендов, большая часть предметов создана по эскизам Светозара Андреева. Кухня, ванная, системы хранения, журнальные столики и кровати сделаны специально для этого интерьера. Терраса, площадью 120 кв. метров. позволяет владельцу устраивать барбекю, и просто любоваться историческим центром города не выходя из собственной квартиры.»
