INTERIOR+DESIGN: Чем интересен проект Zen? В чем его особенность?
СВЕТОЗАР АНДРЕЕВ: ZEN GARDEN - северная архитектура с южным характером. Тема юга и стремление к свету и теплому морю является фундаментальной и почти сакральной культурной идеей для России уже более трехсот лет. Вы можете наблюдать ее действие в стилистике множества исторических зданий Петербурга, ярких эпизодах нашей истории и представлениях современных людей. Это один из фундаментальных Российских культурных образов, традиционно влияющий как на систему ценностей, так и на архитектурное формообразование
Как практическое следствие понимания нашей культурной особенности, появилась идея проекта ZEN GARDEN - создание уникального жилого пространства вечно зеленого оазиса в центре Петербурга. Эта идея также отлично ложилась на мой большой предыдущий опыт работы над южной архитектурой и пространствами, и мою систему открытого и свободного архитектурного планирования. Многие проектные решения, вошедшие в проект ZEN GARDEN, это развитие идей, возникших во время моей работы над проектами средиземноморских вилл и проектами отелей в Азии и Латинской Америки.
Так,идея оазиса или скрытого сада, сформировала общую компоновку здания ZEN GARDEN, ядро которого - зеленый атриум с висячими садами-балконами, объединяющий в единое композиционное целое рестораны с террасами с видами на исторический центр Петербурга на кровле комплекса, общественные зоны расположенные в лобби, 1500-метровый spa-центр с большим отельным бассейном, этаж бутик-отеля, резиденции и пентхаусы с "южным" свободным планированием по принципу floating space (перетекающее пространство), Помимо архитектурных и интерьерных решений концепция ZEN GARDEN повлияла и на внедрение в проект множества сервисов, характерных для отелей и курортов
Архитектура фасада здания, выполненная по принципу масштабированных до размеров колоннады ламелей-жалюзи, создающих одновременно обзор и приватность - также следствие этой идеи. Такое решение позволило органично интегрировать здание ZEN GARDEN в площадь у концертного комплекса Юбилейный, поддерживая колоннаду его ротонды и создавая завершенный архитектурный ансамбль площади Как дальнейшее развитие идеи ансамбля, удалось решить еще несколько градостроительных задач, коммуникационно связав наш проект запланированным подземным переходом в цокольном этаже с театром Эйфмана,и с зеленой зоной парка Тучков Буян расположенного рядом с пешеходной зоной набережной Малой Невы,

ZEN GARDEN RESIDENCES is a unique living space of an evergreen oasis in the historical center of St. Petersburg.
Northern architecture with a southern character.
St. Petersburg is often called the star of the North, and like many cities located in cold climates, it lacks a warm summer atmosphere. As a practical consequence of understanding this peculiarity of the city, I came up with the idea of the ZEN GARDEN project - a unique living space of an evergreen
oasis in the historical center of St. Petersburg.
The idea of an oasis or hidden garden formed the general layout of the ZEN GARDEN building, the core of which is a green atrium with hanging
balcony gardens with tropical plants, uniting the lounge areas with terraces with panoramic views of the historical center of St. Petersburg on the
roof of the complex, ultra-modern residences and penthouses, boutique hotel space, public areas with haute cuisine restaurants located in the lobby,
a 1500m² fitness and spa center with a 25-meter swimming pool, and a parking area.
The idea of an oasis also fit perfectly with my extensive previous experience working on southern architecture and interiors, and my system
of open and free architectural planning. Many of the design solutions that went into the ZEN GARDEN project are an evolution of ideas that emerged
during my work on Mediterranean villa projects and hotel projects in Asia and Latin America.
The ultra-modern light interiors of the building's public spaces are designed in the same style as the residences designed according to the floating
space principle. Their free, "southern" and open plans, interior design and non-standard furniture contain a complex of unique author's solutions
available only in case of individual design.
The penthouses of the complex with large terraces, patios and gardens, are a development of my Rooftop-Villas concept, with a personalized name
and free planning and architectural composition used in my designs for Mediterranean villas. In addition to the architectural and interior solutions,
the idea of an oasis has also influenced the introduction of the many services typical of 5-star hotels and resorts.
The architecture of the building's façade, designed on the principle of lamella shutters scaled to the size of the colonnade, creating both visibility
and privacy, is also a consequence of this idea. This solution also allowed the ZEN GARDEN building to be organically integrated into the square
near the Yubileyny Concert Complex, echoing the white colonnade of its rotunda and creating a complete architectural ensemble of the square.
To emphasize the rhythm of the façade, we complemented it with an integrated system of linear dynamic illumination, which allows for the creation
of a programmable light architecture that complements the rhythm of the vertical elements of the facade colonnade. In addition to this solution,
a project of linear dynamic illumination of the territory and street elements of the corporate identity was developed together with the corporate identity
of the ZEN GARDEN brand.
As a further development of the ensemble idea, we have also managed to solve several other urban planning tasks by linking our project with
a planned underground passageway with the Eifman Ballet Theater and with the green zone of Tuchkov Buyan Park, located next to the new
pedestrian zone of the Malaya Neva embankment, the Peter and Paul Fortress and the Strelka of Vasilievsky Island, forming a unified urban space.
All these solutions make the project a new modern unique location in the historical center of the city and will certainly make Zen Garden Residences a new point of attraction in the heart of St. Petersburg.

ZEN GARDEN ( JARDIN ZEN ) RESIDENCIAS
ZEN GARDEN RESIDENCIAS es un espacio residencial único, un oasis siempre verde, en el centro histórico de San Petersburgo, arquitectura del norte con carácter sureño.
A San Petersburgo se le suele llamar la estrella del Norte y, como muchas ciudades ubicadas en climas fríos, carece de una atmósfera cálida de verano.
Como consecuencia práctica de comprender esta peculiaridad de la ciudad, se me ocurrió la idea del proyecto ZEN GARDEN: un espacio habitable único en un oasis de hoja perenne en el centro histórico de San Petersburgo.
La idea de un oasis o jardín escondido formó el diseño general del edificio ZEN GARDEN, cuyo núcleo es un atrio verde con balcones colgantes con jardines con plantas tropicales, que une las áreas de estar con terrazas con vistas panorámicas del centro histórico de St. San Petersburgo en la azotea del complejo, residencias y penthouses ultramodernos, espacio de hotel boutique, áreas públicas con restaurantes de alta cocina ubicados en el lobby, un gimnasio y spa de 1500m2 con piscina de 25 metros y área de estacionamiento.
La idea de un oasis también encaja perfectamente con mi amplia experiencia previa trabajando en arquitectura e interiores sureños, y mi sistema de planificación arquitectónica abierta y libre. Muchas de las soluciones de diseño que se incluyeron en el proyecto ZEN GARDEN son una evolución de ideas que surgieron durante mi trabajo en proyectos de villas mediterráneas y proyectos hoteleros en Asia y América Latina.
Los interiores luminosos y ultramodernos de los espacios públicos del edificio están diseñados con el mismo estilo que las residencias diseñadas según el principio de espacio flotante. Sus planos libres, «sureños» y abiertos, diseño de interiores y muebles no estándar contienen un complejo de soluciones de autor únicas, disponibles sólo en caso de diseño individual.
Los áticos del complejo con amplias terrazas, patios y jardines, son un desarrollo de mi concepto Rooftop-Villas, con un nombre personalizado y libre planificación y composición arquitectónica utilizada en mis diseños de villas mediterráneas. Además de las soluciones arquitectónicas e interiores, la idea de oasis también ha influido en la introducción de numerosos servicios típicos de los hoteles y resorts de 5 estrellas.
La arquitectura de la fachada del edificio, diseñada según el principio de contraventanas de láminas escaladas al tamaño de la columnata, creando visibilidad y privacidad, también es una consecuencia de esta idea. Esta solución también permitió que el edificio ZEN GARDEN se integrara orgánicamente en la plaza cerca del Complejo de Conciertos Yubileyny, haciéndose eco de la columnata blanca de su rotonda y creando un conjunto arquitectónico completo de la plaza.
Para enfatizar el ritmo de la fachada, lo complementamos con un sistema integrado de iluminación dinámica lineal, que permite la creación de una arquitectura de luz programable que complementa el ritmo de los elementos verticales de la columnata de la fachada. Además de esta solución, se desarrolló un proyecto de iluminación dinámica lineal del territorio y elementos callejeros de la identidad corporativa junto con la identidad corporativa de la marca ZEN GARDEN.
Como desarrollo adicional de la idea del conjunto, también hemos logrado resolver otras tareas de planificación urbana conectando nuestro proyecto con un pasaje subterráneo planificado con el Teatro de Ballet Eifman y con la zona verde del Parque Tuchkov Buyan, ubicado al lado de la nueva vía peatonal. zona del terraplén de Malaya Neva, la Fortaleza de Pedro y Pablo y la Strelka de la isla Vasilievsky, formando un espacio urbano unificado.
Todas estas soluciones hacen del proyecto una nueva ubicación moderna y única en el centro histórico de la ciudad y sin duda harán de Zen Garden Residences un nuevo punto de atracción en el corazón de San Petersburgo.
