TRI-LEVEL PENTHOUSE: `ROOFTOP VILLA` BY ARCHITECT SVETOZAR ANDREEV
TRI-LEVEL PENTHOUSE / "ROOFTOP VILLA" ""... it is difficult to call this penthouse, designed by the architect Svetozar Andreev, an apartment in the usual sense of the word. It is rather a self-contained three-level building with terrace, built from scratch in the abandoned garret space of an 18th century building in St Petersburg’s historical centre. The total area of the penthouse comes to 390 sq.m., and the for the most part the interior is furnished in accordance with Svetozar Andreev’s original sketched, as well as furniture from well-known brands: the kitchen, bathroom, storage solutions, coffee tables and beds were all custom-made for this interior. The 120 sq.m. terrace provides the owner with the perfect space to throw a barbecue, or simply to admire the city’s historical centre without ever having to leave their home.."

ТРЕХУРОВНЕВЫЙ ПЕНТХАУС / "ROOFTOP VILLA" «...этот пентхаус, спроектированный архитектором Светозаром Андреевым, сложно назвать квартирой, в общепринятом смысле слова, это независимое трехуровневое здание с террасой, построенное с нуля на месте заброшенного чердачного пространства дома, находящегося в историческом центре Санкт-Петербурга. Площадь пентхауса 390 кв. метров. В обстановке, помимо мебели известных брендов, большая часть предметов создана по эскизам Светозара Андреева. Кухня, ваннаясистемы хранения, журнальные столики и кровати сде-ланы специально для этого интерьера. Терраса, площадью 120 кв. метров. позволяет владельцу устраивать барбекю,
и просто любоваться историческим центром города не выходя из собственной квартиры.»

Трехуровневая вилла на крыше «Rooftop Villa 2004» архитектора Светозара Андреева — яркий пример неустаревающего дизайна, гармонично интегрированного в историческую среду. Расположенная на крыше особняка XVIII века в центре Санкт-Петербурга, она представляет собой независимую виллу площадью 390 м² с террасой 120 м² и панорамным видом на город. Проект, созданный в 2004 и реализованный в 2007 году, до сих пор считается эталоном стиля — здесь снимали фильмы и клипы известных музыкантов. Вилла, спроектированная более 20 лет назад, доказывает, что концептуальная архитектура, основанная на точных пропорциях и авторской идее, вне времени и моды.
The three-level rooftop villa «Rooftop Villa 2004» by architect Svetozar Andreev is a striking example of timeless design, harmoniously integrated into a historic environment. Located on the roof of an 18th-century mansion in the very center of Saint Petersburg, it is an independent 390 m² villa with a 120 m² terrace and a panoramic view of the city. Designed in 2004 and completed in 2007, the project remains a benchmark of style to this day — films and music videos by well-known artists have been shot here. Created more than 20 years ago, this villa proves that conceptual architecture built on precise proportions and a strong author’s vision is truly timeless and beyond passing trends.
