«Этот проект возник из обычной просьбы реконструировать две отдельные небольшие квартиры на последнем этаже жилого дома. Я предложил идею объединить квартиры в единое целое и построить второй этаж с жилыми помещениями и террасами на кровле здания. Предложенная концепция трансформировала отдельные комнаты в шикарную двухэтажную средиземноморскую виллу, жилая площадь которой увеличилась на 50%.
На первом этаже расположена открытая зона с гостиной, кухней - столовой, кабинет и гардеробная, а также одна детская, большая спальня и два санузла. Жилую и общую зону объединяет широкая галерея с консольной лестницей на верхний этаж, предназначенная исключительно для отдыха, со второй кухней, большой зоной отдыха с камином, spa-центром с мини-бассейном и двумя большими террасами. Для второго этажа предусмотрено автоматическое раздвигающееся панорамное остекление, позволяющее объединить террасы
и жилое пространство в теплую погоду... "- Светозар Андреев

ROOFTOP VILLA SAARI MOIS BY ARCHITECT SVETOZAR ANDREEV
"This project arose from an assignment to reconstruct two little separate apartments on the top floor of a residential building. I suggested the idea of combining the apartments into a single whole, and to build a second floor with living space and terraces on the roof of the building. The proposed concept transformed two small separate apartments into a luxurious two-storey Mediterranean-style villa, with living space increased by 50%. The first floor would feature a spacious open zone with a living room, a kitchen-diner, office and dressing room, along with one nursery, a large bedroom and two bathrooms. The residential and general zone are united by a wide gallery with a cantilever staircase to the upper floor, which is intended solely for recreation, with a second kitchen, large chillout area with fireplace, a home spa-centre with a mini-pool and two large terraces. For the second floor we also specified automatic retractable panoramic glazing to allow the terrace and living space to be brought together in warm weather..."-Svetozar Andreev
