Born in 1975 in St Petersburg. Has worked since 1997 as an independent architect and designer. Main specialities: architecture, project development,interior design, design of exclusive furniture and interior elements, graphic design. Creator of many architectural and interior projects and exclusive furniture collections. Svetozar Andreev’s works have earned prizes and nominations in international competitions, often taking first place. Svetozar Andreev’s work is regularly published insome of the most well-known Russian and international periodicals devoted to architecture and interior design, including coverfeatures. At present Svetozar Andreev is CEO of his own studio, Hotei-Russia / The Svetozar Andreev Studio, and works as an architect and interior designer.

и девелопмент, дизайн интерьера, разработка эксклюзивной мебели, предметов интерьера и графический дизайн. Автор множество интерьерных и архитектурных проектов, и коллекций эксклюзивной мебели. Работы Светозара Андреева отмечены премиями и номинациями, неоднократно занимали первые места в международных конкурсах Проекты Светозара Андреева регулярно публикуются в основных россиийских и зарубежных изданиях, посвященных дизайну интерьера и архитектуре, появлялись на обложках журналов.
В настоящее время Светозар Андреев CEO собственной студии Hotei-Russia / The Svetozar Andreev Studio и работает как архитектор и дизайнер интерьера.
PARVS CENTER is an ultra-modern architectural complex for Saint Petersburg's new cultural city centre in the Neva Delta, its unique and memorable design is formed by a complex arrangement of curved load-bearing surfaces shaped like sails, creating a bold and dynamic silhouette of a grand ship heading into the open sea.
The project encompasses over 70,000 square metres of all-season public spaces, including numerous large, state-of-the-art exhibition halls, lecture theatres, auditoriums, concert venues, libraries, and observation platforms located across different levels of the complex.The centre's spaces allow for large-scale events, exhibitions, and broadcasts dedicated to the history and culture of Russia and Saint Petersburg. These will be enhanced by large-format laser projections on the complex's internal walls and the display of three-dimensional holographic objects and scenes within the central atrium.
THE HEART OF MALTA / AZURE WINDOW MUSEUM
Architect Svetozar Andreev has drawn up the design for a multifunction exhibition complex called The Heart of Malta, to be constructed on the site of the world famous Azure Window, which was destroyed by a storm in March 2017. The complex, with its spiral structure and incorporating over 5000sqm of exhibition space, is destined to become a new architectural and cultural landmark for Malta and Gozo, and a monument to the iconic arch. The space within the complex is designed to accommodate dynamic laser shows and digital exhibitions devoted to Maltese and international art, history and culture, as well as concerts, TV broadcasts, and other events.
The idea of an oasis or hidden garden formed the general layout of the ZEN GARDEN building, the core of which is a green atrium with hanging balcony gardens with tropical plants, uniting the lounge areas with terraces with panoramic views of the historical center of St. Petersburg on the roof of the complex, ultra-modern residences and penthouses, boutique hotel space, public areas with haute cuisine restaurants located in the lobby, a 1500m² fitness and spa center with a 25-meter swimming pool, and a parking area.

Saari Mois (the Sarskaya Grange) is the name of an ancient estate, gifted by Peter the Great to the future empress Catherine I in 1710, on which by the time of Catherine II had been built one of Europe’s most beautiful park residences of the Baroque period - Tsarskoe Selo. Its proximity and spectacular views onto the palace park were the inspiration for the name of this unique project.
