Петербург потому и хорош, что все здания в центре построены по принципу единого ансамбля, с учетом того, как выглядят «соседи». Архитектура ради архитектуры в стиле «к черту контекст» в таком городе — это варварство. Я противник такого метода. Поэтому, например, в проекте резиденций Zen Garden мы запланировали вид фасада так, чтобы он органично смотрелся с ближайшим зданием — дворцом спорта «Юбилейный».
