ZENITH RESIDENCES MOSCOW — новый проект частных резиденций архитектора Светозара Андреева, основателя студии «Hotei-Russia». Архитектурное решение построено на чистоте линий, безупречной геометрии и продуманной световой режиссуре. Главная задача — создание абсолютно приватного пространства, поэтому вся территория вилл их внутренних дворов полностью скрыты от посторонних взглядов. При этом L-образные объёмы зданий с плоской кровлей и масштабным панорамным остеклением полностью стирают границу между интерьером и внутренним садом резиденции.

ZENITH RESIDENCES MOSCOW — a new private residences project by architect Svetozar Andreev, founder of Hotei-Russia studio.The architectural concept is built on the purity of lines, impeccable geometry, and sophisticated lighting design. The main objective was to create an absolutely private spaces — therefore the entire territory of the villas and the inner courtyards are completely hidden from external views. At the same time, the L-shaped volume of the buildings with a flat roofs and extensive panoramic glazing completely blurs the boundary between the interior and the inner garden of the residence.

ZENITH SIGNATURE VILLAS MOSCOW is a new private residential project by architect Svetozar Andreev, founder of the Hotei-Russia studio. The architectural concept of ZENITH VILLAS is built upon clean lines, flawless geometry, and meticulously masterminded lighting design. The primary objective is to create an absolutely secluded space; as such, the entire estate and its inner courtyard are completely hidden from outside view. The integration of the inner garden into the fabric of ZENITH VILLAS challenges traditional perceptions of urban and suburban estate design. Expansive, large-format panoramic glazing combined with the elegant, lightweight feel of the large-span volumes entirely dissolves the boundary between interior and landscape, visually amplifying the inner spaces of the residences. The courtyard garden, swimming pools, and architectural enclosures cease to be mere surroundings, morphing instead into integral elements of a balanced architectural composition and a seamless extension of the interior, forming a self-contained “private oasis.”
