YARD GROUP PRESENTED THE ZEN GARDEN PROJECT
In the centre of St. Petersburg, in the so-called "golden triangle" on Dobrolyubova Street and the Malaya Neva embankment, near the Tuchkov Buyan Park urban zone and the Boris Eifman Dance Palace, developer Yard Group is building a new premium residential complex Zen Garden. It envisages 92 residences, five penthouses with terraces, an atrium with a club lounge, high-class restaurants, a fitness and spa centre with a swimming pool and a boutique hotel with 30 rooms. For the first time in St. Petersburg, a residential complex offers the full-scale service of a five-star hotel.
The residences project is organically integrated into the historical context of Petrogradsky Island, despite the innovative nature of its architecture. Svetozar Andreev and his studio Hotei-Russia / The Svetozar Andreev Architecture Studio were responsible for the architectural and planning solutions of the complex. The conceptual solution proposed by the studio is a low, chamber style building with laconic lines. The innovative zigzag structure on the facade is made of composite materials based on aluminium panels and protects the occupants from prying eyes from the street. The terrace on the 10th floor of Zen Garden offers a view of the historical centre of St. Petersburg and the Malaya Neva River.

В центре Санкт-Петербурга, в так называемом «золотом треугольнике» на улице Добролюбова и у набережной Малой Невы, рядом с городской зоной «Парк Тучков Буян» и с Дворцом танца Бориса Эйфмана, девелопер Yard Group возводит новый премиальный жилой комплекс Zen Garden. Он предусматривает 92 резиденции, пять пентхаусов с террасами, атриум с клубной лаунж-зоной, рестораны высокого класса, фитнес и спа с бассейном и бутик-отель на 30 номеров. Впервые в Петербурге жилой комплекс предлагает полномасштабный сервис пятизвездочного отеля.
Проект резиденций органично вписан в исторический контекст Петроградского острова, несмотря на новаторский характер его архитектуры. За архитектурные и планировочные решения комплекса отвечал Светозар Андреев и основанная им студия Hоtei-Russia / The Svetozar Andreev Architecture Studio. Предложенное студией концептуальное решение — невысокое, камерное по стилю здание с лаконичными линиями. Инновационная зигзагообразная конструкция на фасаде создана из композитных материалов на базе алюминиевых панелей и защищает жильцов от посторонних взглядов с улицы. С террасы на последнем, 10-м этаже Zen Garden открывается обзор на исторический центр Петербурга и Малую Неву.
